Orange and Rockland Utilities, Inc. - New Electric Rates Effective January 1, 2026   Under a three-year rate plan adopted by the New York State Public Service Commission (“PSC”) in its order issued March 20, 2025 (“March 2025 Order”), Orange and Rockland Utilities, Inc. ("O&R") will put into effect on January 1, 2026 new electric rates for year two of the rate plan. The new electric rates will remain in effect until December 31, 2026.   The effect of the new electric rates on selected monthly residential bills is shown in the following table. Actual customer bill impacts will vary depending upon whether the electric supply is purchased from O&R or from an Energy Service Company (“ESCO”), and on the customer's electric usage.   In addition to the new rates that went into effect on January 1, 2026, the Company’s Schedule for Electric Service – P.S.C. No. 3 Electricity will be revised to reflect updates to the Uncollectibles Percentages used in the calculation of the Merchant Function Charges in General Information Section No. 15.2 and the POR Discount Percentage in General Information Section No. 7.5 in accordance with the three-year rate plan.   Details of the above changes may be found and examined at the office of the PSC or on O&R’s website at www.oru.com.   ORANGE AND ROCKLAND UTILITIES, INC  11867878
