NOTICE OF DEFAULT AND INTENT TO FORECLOSE TO: (See Exhibit A – Obligor) The Manley Law Firm LLC has been appointed as Trustee by Beach Club Property Owners' Association, Inc., a Florida Corporation for the purpose of instituting a Trustee Foreclosure and Sale under Fla. The Obligor has the right to object to this Trustee proceeding by serving written objection on the Trustee named below. The foreclosure of the Claim of Lien of the Obligor in this notice shall be subject to the judicial foreclosure procedure only upon receipt of an objection form. The Obligor has the right to cure the default any time after the date of this Notice (See Exhibit A-Notice Date) until the Trustee’s sale of the Timeshare Ownership Interest.
