Public Hearing Notice
The Raynham Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, December 17, 2025, at 7:00 p.m., at Raynham Veterans’ Memorial Town Hall, 558 South Main St., on Petition No. 1062 - Application for a variance from Raynham Zoning By-laws, Sec. 350-5.1 Minimum Requirements to allow the creation of two lots at 144 Forest Street, Assessors’ Map 13, with less than the required area and frontage. Lot 1 having insufficient area at 30,000 sq. ft., and Lot 2 having insufficient area at 30,000 sq. ft. and insufficient frontage at 119.59 feet. Application submitted by Sarah Wessels (Gendreau), Springfield, West Virginia. A copy of the application and the plan are available for viewing at the Town Clerk’s office and Board of Appeals’ office, 558 South Main Street, Raynham, during usual scheduled business hours. Any person wishing to be heard or interested in this submittal should appear at the time and place designated.
