NOTICE OF LETTING   Sealed proposals will be received by the Infrastructure Committee of the Peoria County Board, at the Peoria County Highway Department, 6915 West Plank Road, Peoria, Illinois 61604 until 9:00 a.m. Tuesday, December 16, 2025, at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read for the work specified below.   Proposal forms may be obtained at the office of the County Engineer, 6915 West Plank Road, Peoria, Illinois. A non-refundable charge of $15.00 will be made for the bidding documents for each project. Payment shall be made by check, bank draft, or money order, made payable to the Peoria County Highway Department. No bidding proposals will be issued after 4:00 P.M., Monday, December 15, 2025.
