Notice is hereby given that the undersigned, Lori J. Scott, Shasta County Public Administrator, as Administrator of the Estate of Lorena Stewart aka Lorena Gayle Stewart, will sell at private sale on or after 12/15/2025, at the office of the Shasta County Public Administrator, 1450 Court St., Rm 227, Redding CA 96001, to the highest and best bidder, and subject to confirmation by said Superior Court, all right, title and interest of said decedent in and to the following property:
All that real property situated in the unincorporated area of the County of Shasta, State of California, described as follows:

Commencing at the South 1/4 corner of Section 9, T. 33N.
