HADDONFIELD BOROUGH ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
NOTICE OF HEARING ON APPLICATION FOR VARIANCES
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that The Regan-H Personal Residence Trust ("Applicant") has applied to the Haddonfield Borough Zoning Board of Adjustment ("Zoning Board") for variances pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:55D-70.c in connection with the property located at 98 Lane of Acres, Haddonfield, New Jersey, also designated as Block 64.19, Lot 19 on the Haddonfield Borough Tax Map. The subject property is situated within Haddonfield Borough's R-1 Zoning District and is improved with a single-family dwelling. This Application seeks approval for the construction of a 32'x16' swimming pool with a 3' concrete surrounding walkway as well as a fence around the perimeter of the property with a gate across the driveway. In connection with the same, the Applicant requests following variances from the regulations applicable to the R-1 Zoning District: (1) to permit a 6' privacy fence along Tavistock Lane; (2) To permit 20.5% impervious coverage where 15% is permitted and 20.67% is existing; and (3) to permit a 23.2' side yard where 30' is required. The Applicant has also applied for any and all other variances, waivers, interpretations and other relief deemed necessary by the Zoning Board.
This application has been scheduled for a hearing before the Zoning Board on Tuesday, December 16, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. in the auditorium in the Haddonfield Borough Hall, which is located at 242 Kings Highway East, Haddonfield, New Jersey. You may appear in person or by attorney to present any testimony or objections in regard to this application. Please note that the Zoning Board may, at its discretion, adjourn, postpone or continue the hearing on this application from time to time. In this regard you are advised to make a diligent inquiry concerning any such adjournments, postponements or continuations with Zoning Board Secretary Suzanne M.
