Crown Castle is proposing to install a 47-foot Utility Pole telecommunications structure at the following site: 12665 Old State Road, Evansville, Vanderburgh Co., Indiana, 47725 (38 5 35.7 N / 87 33 10.1 W). The telecommunications utility structure is not expected to be lighted. Any interested party that believes the proposed action may have a significant impact on the environment may file a Request for Environmental Review (Request) to the Federal Communications Commission (FCC).
