Scarsdale, NY 10583). Applicant is requesting area variances from Section 285-38B to increase the maximum width of a driveway from 30 ft (permitted) to 36.9 ft (proposed); and from Section 285-40B(4) to increase the maximum height of an accessory structure (garage) from 12 ft (permitted) to 20 ft (proposed) in order to construct a two car garage with a workshop and habitable space above on the subject property. The property is located in the R-15 One-Family Residence District and is designated on the Town Tax Map as parcel ID: 8.540-379-7. The meeting will take place in the Town Hall auditorium and also online via Zoom.
