NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF LOCAL LAW NO. 2 OF 2025 I, MIKALE P. BILLARD, Clerk of the Board of County Legislators, Oneida County, in accordance with County Law Section 214 and the Oneida County Charter Section 205, hereby cause publication of the following NOTICE OF ADOPTION and summary of Local Law No. 2 of 2025. This Local Law was passed by the Oneida County Board of Legislators at a regular meeting on November 12, 2025, and was approved by the County Executive on November 18, 2025 after a public hearing, which was held on November 18, 2025. The intent of this Local Law is to authorize Oneida County, notwithstanding §215 of New York State County Law, to enter into a lease of county-owned real property situated in the City of Rome Griffiss Business and Technology Park Development District GH-FI Flex Industrial Subdistrict for a term of up to fifty (50) years without the necessity for competitive bidding.
