Certificate of Results of November 4, 2025 Regular Local Election for the Las Cruces School District No. 2 Pursuant to Section 22-18-10, NMSA 1978, notice is hereby given that the Doña Ana County Canvassing Board of the State of New Mexico met on November 14, 2025, and that the State Canvassing Board met on November 25, 2025, and canvassed and certified the results of the November 4, 2025 election for Las Cruces School District No. 2 General Obligation Bond Question and determined that the results of the election were as follows: "Shall the Board of Education of the Las Cruces School District No. 2 be authorized to issue general obligation bonds of the District, in one series or more, in the aggregate principal amount not exceeding $65,000,000, for the purpose of (1) erecting, remodeling, making additions to and furnishing school buildings, (2) purchasing or improving school grounds, (3) purchasing computer software and hardware for student use in public schools, (4) providing matching funds for capital outlay projects funded pursuant to the Public School Capital Outlay Act, or (5) any combination of these purposes, said bonds to be payable from general (ad valorem) taxes and to be issued and sold at such time or times upon such terms and conditions as the Board may determine?"
