NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A Sign Special Permit (Case File: SPP25-004) public hearing will be held by the Stoughton Planning Board in the Great Hall, Third Floor, 10 Pearl Street, Stoughton, MA, on Thursday, December 18, 2025 at 6:30 P.M. on the petition of the applicant Sign Design on behalf of the owner Maltby & Company for a Sign Special Permit under Section 6.2.7. The applicant is seeking to allow a freestanding sign to be 3.2’ from the property line. The Zoning Bylaw requires a 15-foot setback per Section 6.2.4.2. The project is located at 614 Park Street (Assessors Map 77 Lot 106) in an Industrial (I) District.
The Sign Special Permit Application and plans may be viewed at the office of the Stoughton Planning Board, Engineering Department, Town Hall, 10 Pearl Street, Stoughton, MA, during normal business hours.
