Distefano Way LEGAL NOTICE PLANNING BOARD TOWN OF STOUGHTON NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING   A Site Plan Review (Case File: SP25-016) public hearing will be held by the Stoughton Planning Board in the Great Hall, Third Floor, 10 Pearl Street, Stoughton, MA, on Thursday, December 18, 2025 at 6:30 P.M. on the petition of the applicant, Town of Stoughton, represented by Samiotes Consultants, Inc., for Site Plan Review under Section 10.7. The applicant proposes to construct a new elementary school of approximately 101,590 SF on 27 acres. The site improvements include playgrounds, athletic fields, parking, storm drainage, landscaping and site lighting. In addition, a new access drive within the right of way of Distefano Way (Formerly - Fano Drive) will be constructed.
