NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE
By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me, directed from the Clerk of Owen Circuit Court 2 of Owen County, Indiana, in Cause No. 60C02-2503-MF-000142, wherein Freedom Mortgage Corporation was Plaintiff, and Sandra D. Traylor, United States of America, acting through the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, Midland Credit Management, Inc. and LVNV Funding LLC were Defendants, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree, with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder on the 13th day of January, 2026, at the hour of 10:00 AM, or as soon thereafter as is possible, at www.zeusauction.com, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Owen County, Indiana.
