NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE
By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me, directed from the Clerk of Morgan Circuit Court of Morgan County, Indiana, in Cause No. 55C01-2411-MF-002407, wherein Lakeview Loan Servicing, LLC was Plaintiff, and Virginia Pickering, Midland Funding LLC, OneMain Financial Group, LLC f/k/a Springleaf Financial Services of Indiana, Inc., Cavalry SPV I, LLC, United States of America, acting through the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development and Mariner Finance LLC were Defendants, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree, with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder on the 12th day of January, 2026, at the hour of 2 p.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 160 North Park Avenue, Martinsville, IN 46151, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Morgan County, Indiana.
Lot Numbered Twenty-three (23) in J.M. Bothwell's First Subdivision, a Subdivision in Washington Township, as per plat thereof recorded in Deed Record 156, pages 386-392 in the Office of the Recorder of Morgan County, Indiana.
