NOTICE OF ZONING HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Dover Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, December 17th, 2025, at 7:00 PM at the Dover Township Community Building, located at 3700 Davidsburg Road, Dover, PA 17315, to hear the following zoning application(s): ZHB Case No. 25-6: Application by The Seasons, LP for the property at 3395 Fox Run Drive, (The Seasons 3A Townhome Development) located in the R-3 District, requesting an appeal from the Determination of the Zoning Officer that the development plan must include guest parking facilities separate from individual driveways. Interested parties are urged to attend. Examination of the above application(s) may be made at the Township Building during regular business hours (Monday – Friday; 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM).
