LEGAL NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the Nockamixon Township Board of Supervisors will hold a public meeting on Thursday, December 18, 2025, at 7:30 p.m., at the Nockamixon Township Building, 589 Lake Warren Road, Upper Black Eddy, PA 18972 to hear the Conditional Use application of Borderlanders, Inc., for the property located at 8364 Easton Road (S.R. 611), Ottsville, Bucks County, PA, Tax Map Parcel #30-011-067. The property is owned by J.J. Investments Inc.
The Applicant proposes expansion of its truck terminal and accessory outdoor storage, to utilize the entire property for the storage of tractor trucks, including trailers, and/or the transfer of freight, other than solid waste. The Applicant seeks to increase parking and storage onsite from 10-20 truck tractors to fifty (50) trucks and ten (10) trailers. Conditional use approval is required pursuant to Sections 234-44.A.(2) and 234-48 of the Nockamixon Code.
The Application is available for public review at the Nockamixon Township Building, 589 Lake Warren Road, on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 9 am to 5 pm; copies may be examined without charge. All members of the public are invited to attend, and Township residents may comment upon or make recommendations to the application. After the hearing, the Board of Supervisors may consider approval of the application.
