NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed October 7, 2025 and entered in Case No. 05-2024-CA-048653-XXCA-BC, of the Circuit Court of the 18th Judicial Circuit in and for BREVARD County, Florida, wherein DATA MORTGAGE INC., DBA ESSEX MORTGAGE is Plaintiff and ANTHONY CHARLES MURPHY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ANTHONY CHARLES MURPHY; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; NATIONAL HOMEBUYERS FUND, INC., AN INSTRUMENTALITY OF GOVERNMENT SECTION 115 ENTITY; are defendants. Rachel M. Sadoff, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash AT THE BREVARD COUNTY GOVERNMENT CENTER - NORTH, BREVARD ROOM, 518 SOUTH PALM AVENUE, TITUSVILLE, FLORIDA 32796, at 11:00 A.M., on December 17, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT (S) 17, 18, 19 AND THE NORTH 10 FEET OF 20, BLOCK 13, PLAT NO. 1 PARK HILL, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE (S) 68, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA ALSO KNOWN AS PART OF LOT 1 OF RIBLETS RESUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OF PLAT
THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE (S) 12, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the Clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
