NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

WESTCHESTER COUNTY SANITARY CODE AMENDMENT
NOTICE is hereby given that the Westchester County Board of Health shall conduct a public hearing at 9 a.m. on the 18th day of December 2025, in the 12th floor offices of the Westchester County Department of Health, located at 11 Martine Avenue, White Plains, NY 10606, and remotely via Webex, in connection with raising all County Health Department fees, as follows:
• Article XII, 873.2100 through 873.2121;
• Article XXV, Petroleum Bulk Storage, Tank
Registration, Waste Oil Transfer Facility; Work Permit,
Variance Application, Tightness Tester Registration;
and
• Article XXVI, Gasoline Dispensing Sites & Transport
Vehicles.

Testimony should not exceed three (3) minutes and will be scheduled in the order in which requests are received.
Written comments about the proposed amendments to Article XII, XXV and XXVI of the Westchester County Sanitary Code must arrive by Wednesday January 14, 2025.
