Request for Proposals (RFP No: 01052026) Water Penetration and Inspection of PTAC Locations-Stillwell   The Housing Authority of Savannah has issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) to conduct water penetration testing in 12 (twelve) different locations in Stillwell Towers utilizing a combination of standards under ASTM E1105 and E2128.   A pre-proposal meeting will be held on Monday, December 8, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at Stillwell Towers, 5100 Waters Avenue Savannah, GA 31404. While this meeting is not mandatory, all potential proposers are encouraged to be in attendance.
