TOWNSHIP OF MEDFORD
ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
A Public Hearing of the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Township of Medford, County of Burlington and the State of New Jersey will be held on (December 17th, 2025), commencing at 6:30 p.m. at the Police Administration Building, located at 91 Union Street; for
(variances for 20.1 lot coverage when 20.0 is permitted, 54 inch fence in the front yard where a 48 inch fence in permitted, metal fence where front yard fences need to be wood, a shed in the front yard instead of the rear or side yard where they are permitted, two accessory structures with one being a 200 sq foot shed and another being a 384 sq foot pavilion resulting in 584 sq feet which is over the 400 sq foot limit, see 404,513 and 608 for code sections) and all other variances or relief so as to permit the construction of (ZVE-1268) located at 1 Amesbury Parke), and designated as Block 6501.02;
Lot 79 on the Tax Map of the Township of Medford.
This matter is known as file number ZVE-1268 in the Zoning Board of Adjustment records. Interested parties may inspect documents relative to this application at the Planning & Zoning Office in the Medford Town Hall Building, located at 49 Union Street, Medford, New Jersey during normal business hours or as posted on the Medford Township website.
Any interested party may appear at said hearing and participate therein in accordance with the rules of the Zoning Board.
