St. Johns County, in accordance with National Flood Insurance Program regulation 65.7(b)(1), hereby gives notice of the County's intent to revise the flood hazard information on Flood Insurance Rate Map (FIRM) 12109C0178J generally located south of County Road 210 W and west of Cumberland Park Drive. The flood hazard revisions are being proposed as part of a Conditional Letter of Map Revision (CLOMR) Case No. 25-04-4859R for the FCE at County Road 210 W development. As a result of the revision, the 1% annual chance floodplain shall widen and narrow within the area of revision. Maps and detailed analysis of the revision can be reviewed at the Development Review Office located at 4040 Lewis Speedway St. Augustine, FL 32084.
