Request for Proposals Notice is hereby given that St. Johns County is soliciting sealed proposals under Request for Proposal No: 2338; Sports Courts Assessment and Repair. Interested and qualified Proposers may submit sealed proposals in accordance with the requirements provided in the RFP Document, to the St. Johns County Purchasing Department located at 500 San Sebastian View, St. Augustine, FL 32084. All sealed proposals must be submitted by or before 4:00 PM EST on Thursday, January 8, 2026, or as otherwise stated in an addendum. Sealed proposals delivered to or received by the SJC Purchasing Department after the above submittal deadline shall not be considered and shall be returned unopened to the addressee. The purpose of this RFP is to solicit Proposals from qualified Proposers to perform the required Services, as authorized by St. Johns County, on an as needed basis, which may include, assessment, recommendations, repair and/or replacement of sport and recreational courts located throughout the County. Each project shall have a stand-alone scope of Services, which shall be provided by the County. Proposers must obtain and review the RFP Documents, including all Attachments and Exhibits, as well as any issued addenda, for full details and instructions regarding submittal format, full scope of services, minimum qualifications and all other information related to this RFP.
