At this hearing, the Hearing Officer may affirm the order of which all environmental violations must be removed by DECEMBER 16TH,2025. If the environmental violations are not removed by that date, you may be liable for all incurred costs of removing the environmental violations as well as a lawsuit for a penalty up to $2,500.00. This is a continuous enforcement order as defined by I.C. 36-7-9, and therefore is in full force and effect without the need to seek additional compliance, abatement or orders for the same or similar violations.
