NOTICE OF PUBLIC
HEARING
The Zoning Hearing Board of the City of Lebanon, PA will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, December 17th, 2025 at 4:00 P.M. in the multi-purpose room of City Hall, located at 735 Cumberland Street., Lebanon, PA. Beginning at the scheduled hour, the Board will consider the following petitions:
Petition #15-2025, filed by Church of God (River of Life) is requesting a dimensional Variance for the property located at 733 Hill St. Lebanon, PA, to remove the encroachment of the church building that exists on the tract by means of a subdivision plan.
Petition #16-2025, filed by New Vision Holdings LLC in c/o Aaron Camara for the property located at 801 Cumberland St. Lebanon, PA. The petition is requesting a dimensional Variance for the 1,000 ft setback requirement to operate Curaleaf medical marijuana dispensary from the daycare center that is located at 152 N. 8th St, (the YMCA) as required by the current City of Lebanon Zoning Ordinance.
Petition #17-2025 was filed by Citadel Investment Properties in c/o Mel Allgyer concerning their property located at 214 Mifflin St. Lebanon, PA. The owner is requesting a Special Exception to convert from the current legal use of a Single family dwelling to a 2 unit The property is located in the Residential High Density (RHD) zoning district.
