sale, during the legal hours of sales on Wednesday, January 7, 2026 beginning at 10:00 A.M.

LOT 51, CLINGMAN BROADMOOR SUB., UNIT NO. 3, A SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF SHREVEPORT, CADDO PARISH, LOUISIANA, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONVEYANCE BOOK 450, PAGE 519, REGISTRY NO. 93080, OF THE OFFICIAL RECORDS OF CADDO PARISH, LOUISIANA, TOGETHER WITH ALL BUILDINGS AND IMPROVEMENTS LOCATED THEREON.
Said Property to be sold as belonging to the above defendant to pay and satisfy debt specified in said writ
together with attorney's fee, interest and costs.
