ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS PROJECT NAME: 13th Ave Paving Project Sealed bids, three original hard copies, will be received by the Town of Malone (Owner), on Tuesday January 13, 2026 until 2:00 pm local time, at the office of: Town of Malone Town Hall Office 5182 9th Ave Malone, FL 32445 (850) 569-2308 for construction of the following described Project: DESCRIPTION OF WORK This project consists of paving improvements to 13th Ave from SR 71 to Bevis Road (approximately 0.9 miles) within the town limits of Malone, Florida. The existing asphalt roadway will be milled and resurfaced from SR 71 to 13th Street. From 13th Street to Bevis Road, a new asphalt roadway will be constructed over the existing graded road. Also included in this project are clearing and grubbing, excavation, ditch grading, drainage pipe culverts, concrete curbs, concrete sidewalk and grassing. Roadway signing and pavement markings are also included along with the placement of thermoplastic markings on the final lift of asphalt.
