NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Zoning Board of Appeals shall conduct a Public Hearing at a Regular Meeting on December 18, 2025, 6:00 pm at Town Hall, 4383 Albany Post Road, Hyde Park, NY 12538; it is also broadcast live on cable channel 22. All persons who wish to speak on the application will be heard. Written comments may be emailed to the Secretary at zbasec@hydeparkny.gov or mailed to the attention of ZBA Secretary, 4383 Albany Post Road, Hyde Park, NY 12538. Comments must arrive at Town Hall by 4:00 pm on the above-mentioned day of the meeting to be entered into the record. All reasonable accommodations will be made for persons with disabilities.
