NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF SCHEDULES, STANDARDS AND RULES FOR PENDER COUNTY 2026 GENERAL REAPPRAISAL   Notice is hereby given that on Monday, December 1, 2025, Pender County Board of Commissioners adopted the true value, and present use value schedules, standards, and rules to be used in the 2026 general reappraisal of real property of Pender County.   Notice is further given that a copy of said true value and present use value schedules, standards, and rules, are filed in the office of the Pender County Tax Administrator, 300 E Fremont St, Burgaw, NC 28425, and are available for public inspection in that office, and available online at www.pendercountync.gov.   Notice is further given that a property owner who asserts that the schedules, standards, and rules are invalid may except to the order, and appeal there from to the North Carolina Property Commission within thirty (30) days of the date when the notice of the order adopting the schedules, standards, and rules was first advertised.   This the 5th day of December 2025.   Pender County Board of Commissioners W.
