PUBLIC NOTICE TO BIDDERS Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by the Penn Estates Property Owners Association in Stroud Township, Pennsylvania, for Equipment and the labor associated thereto. Bids must be submitted as indicated on the bid documents and submitted in a sealed envelope bearing on the outside the name and address of the bidder and marked "2025 Equipment Bid" and addressed to PEPOA, 304 Cricket Drive, East Stroudsburg, PA 18301.
