Harmony Public Schools (HPS), a network of open-enrollment charter schools are requesting competitive sealed proposals for comprehensive Pest Control Services across 78 campuses in Texas. Services will cover monthly interior and exterior treatment in accordance with Texas Department of Agriculture IPM requirements, as detailed in the official project bid documents. Bid Reference: (HPS2026_BID – Pest Control Services) Bid proposals must be received by 3:00 p.m. CST on February 12, 2026, submitted through Harmony’s e-bid system or delivered to the HPS Central Office at 1255 Enclave Pkwy, Houston, TX 77077.
