APPLICATION FOR WATER NO. 94760 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the 7th day of October 2025 RCA Trust One, dated 6/29/1977 of Reno, Nevada made application to the State Engineer of Nevada for permission to change the point of diversion, place and manner of use of 0.009 c.f.s., and 1.68 a.f.a., a portion of water heretofore appropriated under Permit 77091 and Claim 218 of the Truckee River Decree. Water will be diverted from the Truckee River at point located within the SE1/4 NE1/4 of Section 14, T19N, R18E, MDB&M, or at a point from which the NE corner of said Section 14 bears N 24 degrees 26 minutes E, a distance of 1,840 feet (Last Chance Ditch) and at a point located within the NE1/4 NW1/4 of Section 19, T19N, R18E, MDB&M or at a point from which the NE corner of said Section 19 bears S 88 degrees 5 minutes E, a distance of 2,620 feet (Lake Ditch). Water will be used for as decreed. The existing point of diversion was located as follows: 1. Steamboat Canal (Hunter Creek Reservoir); 2. Katz Ditch (Verdi Flume); 3. Highland Ditch (Highland Reservoir); 4. Orr Ditch (Chalk Bluff Treatment Plant); 5. Orr Pump Station (Chalk Bluff Treatment Plant); 6. Idlewild Treatment Plant; 7. North Truckee Ditch (Glendale Treatment Plant) and 8. Washoe County (Hidden Valley Induction Well #4). Water was used for municipal and domestic purposes from January 1st to December 31st.
