Resoiling and Revegetation for Year 10 was completed on 50.7 acres in September 2019, in accordance with the approved reclamation plan. $63,375.00 bond is on deposit, of which $44,362.50 is sought to be released. Successful Reclamation for Year 10 was completed on 50.7 acres in September 2025, in accordance with the approved reclamation plan. $63,375.00 bond is on deposit, of which $19,012.50 is sought to be released. Resoiling and Revegetation for Year 12 was completed on 81.6 acres in September 2017, in accordance with the approved reclamation plan. $63,375.00 bond is on deposit, of which $48,912.50 is sought to be released.
