TO: JIANG QIU HUA, his heirs, devisees and personal representatives and their or any of their successors in right, title and interest
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that an order made on the 14th day of November, 2025, the Superior Court fixed January 13, 2026, between the hours of nine o'clock in the forenoon and four o'clock in the afternoon, prevailing time, at the Office of the Tax Collector of the Township of Middletown located at Municipal Bldg., Twp. Hall, 1 Kings Highway, Middletown, New Jersey, 07748 as the time and place when and where you may pay to the plaintiff the amount so found due for principal and interest on its certificate of tax sale as follows:
This action has been instituted for the purpose of foreclosing tax sale certificate #20-00014 dated December 31, 2020, made by the Collector of Taxes for the Township of Middletown, County of Monmouth and State of New Jersey, to LB-HONEYBADGER SB MUNI CUSTFOR and recorded in the office of the Monmouth County Clerk/Register in mortgage book OR-9485, page 6292; and covers real estate located at 57 Alberta Ave, Middletown, County of Monmouth and State of New Jersey known as Block 96, Lot 12 on the tax duplicate of the Township of Middletown, and assessed to Jiang Qiu Hua. Total amount required to redeem is $20,327.37, together with interest from October 6, 2025, and costs.
And that unless, at the same time and place, you or one of you redeem by paying the aforesaid sum so found due to plaintiff, then you, and each of you shall be debarred and foreclosed of and from all right and equity of redemption of, in and to the lands and premises above set out and described in the complaint and every part thereof, and that the plaintiff be vested with an absolute and indefeasible estate of inheritance in fee simple in said lands and premises.
Anything to the contrary notwithstanding, redemption shall be permitted up until the entry of final judgment including the whole of the last date upon which judgment is entered.
