HAWLEY BOROUGH 94 MAIN AVE HAWLEY, PA 18428   ACADEMY STREET PAVING PROJECT HAWLEY BOROUGH, WAYNE COUNTY   ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS  Sealed Bids for the construction of the ACADEMY STREET PAVING PROJECT will be received online via the PennBid Program, by HAWLEY BOROUGH, until 11:00 AM local time on January 7, 2026, at which time the Bids received will be opened electronically and publicly posted on PennBid’s website. The Project consists of milling and paving of asphalt roadway, replacement of asphalt curbing and paved swales, including associated restoration. The project is located along Academy Street, from the intersection of Welwood Avenue to the intersection of Church Street.  Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. All bidding documents are available at no cost at (https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com.)  A pre-bid conference will not be held for this project. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.  The following wage rate requirements are applicable to this contract: Davis- Bacon Wages.  Bidder must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, religion, color, handicap, national origin, age or sex.
