PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to a Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale entered in the above entitled cause on November 18, 2025, Steven M. Stovall will on January 15, 2026, at the hour of 9:30AM at the Stephenson County Sheriff's Office, in person only at Stephenson County Courthouse, 15 North Galena Avenue, Free-port, IL 61032, sell to the highest bidder for cash, the following described mortgaged real estate:

The South 60 feet of the North 100 feet of the East 24 feet of Lot 2 in Block 2 in Turner's Addition to the Town (now City) of Freeport.

Sale terms: Bidders must present, at the time of sale, a cashier's or certified check for 10% of the successful bid amount. The balance of the successful bid shall be paid within 24 hours, by similar funds. The subject property is offered for sale without any representation as to quality or quantity of title and without recourse to Plaintiff and in "AS IS" condition. The sale is fur-ther subject to confirmation by the Court. The property will NOT be open for inspection.
If this property is a condominium unit, the purchaser of the unit at the foreclosure sale, other than the mortgagee shall pay the as-sessments and the legal fees required by the Condominium Property Act, 765 ILCS 605/9(g)(1) and (g)(4).
