Pursuant to a Judgement and Execution issued by The CENTRAL HOUSING COURT OF WORCESTER in the matter of Plaintiff, BEES, LLC. vs. Defendant, JAMES M. HAROLD, ET AL, Case Number: 21H85SP002865 and under the authority vested in me by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, I, Francis J. Trapasso, Constable of the City of Worcester, will sell at public auction the following Manufactured Home.
TO WIT: PROPERTY DESCRIPTION: 151 Hartford Turnpike, Lot #21, in said Shrewsbury, MA, Worcester County, Massachusetts
Containing, according to said description, 660 square feet +/- of living area. With 2 bedrooms and 1 bath.
THE AUCTION WILL TAKE PLACE ON THURSDAY, JANUARY 15TH, 2026 @ 11:00 A.M. AT 151 HARTFORD TURNPIKE, LOT 21 IN SAID SHREWSBURY, MASSACHUSETTS.
The description of the premises shall control in the event of a typographical error in this publication. The premises being offered for sale will be sold subject to all restrictions, easements, covenants, conditions, agreements, outstanding tax titles, unpaid real estate taxes, and other municipal and public charges, assessments, liens or claims in the nature of liens, if any there be.
TERMS OF THE SALE:
A deposit of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) by bank or certified check, will be required to be paid by the highest bidder at the time and place of the sale and said bidder will be required to sign a Memorandum of Sale containing the above and any announced terms. The sale will not be complete until such deposit is paid and such Memorandum is signed. In the event the successful bidder at the public auction fails to perform in the time specified to purchase the premises, the Attorney reserves the right, at its sole election, to sell the premises by Judgement deed to the other qualified bidders, in a descending order beginning with the next highest bidder and reserves the right, at its sole election. The Purchaser will be required to deliver the balance of the bid price by bank or certified check within thirty (30) days of the date of the auction sale, at the Law Office Jaclyn Packard, Packard Law Office, 300 Main Street, 1st floor in said Worcester, MA 01608. at which time the deed and all related documents will be delivered to the Purchaser.
