BE IT KNOWN AND REMEMBERED,, That by Virtue of and in obedience to a WRIT OF AMENDED SEIZURE & SALE emanating from the above named Court in the above entitled and numbered suit and to me directed, this date of 9/18/25, I, TIMOTHY SOIGNET., SHERIFF, duly sworn and qualified in and for the Parish of Terrebonne, State of Louisiana, have seized and will offer for sale at public auction WITHOUT appraisal to the last and highest bidder, in the Court House Annex at the Goode Street Entrance located at the Northeast corner of the Court House Annex in the City of Houma, Louisiana, on 1/14/26. Between the hours of 10:00 O’Clock A. M. and 4:00 P. M., the following described property, to wit:
A certain piece, parcel or tract of land, together with all buildings and improvements located thereon, and all rights, ways and privileges thereunto appertaining, being, lying and situated in Section 59, T17S-R18E, Terrebonne Parish, Louisiana, and being more particularly described as follows, To-wit:
Lot 2, Block 11, Phase III, Ashland North Subdivision, according to a map prepared by Theta-11 Enterprises, Inc., Civil Engineers and Surveyors, dated September 1, 1983, filed in Terrebonne Parish, Louisiana under Entry Number 734353 and also under Entry Number 743293 recorded October 8, 1984 and made a part hereof; said lot measures Sixty-six and 19/100 (66.19') across the front by depth of One hundred five (105') feet with a width across the rear of Fifty and 83/100 (50.83') feet; said lot is bounded on the North by Lot 3, Block 11, Vikki Drive, east by a 30 foot utility corridor, South by a 30 foot corridor, and west by Vikki Drive; subject to restrictions, servitudes, rights-of-way and outstanding mineral rights of record affecting the property.
TERMS CASH OR BANK OFFICIAL/CASHIERS CHECK sufficient to pay and satisfy the WRIT OF AMENDED SEIZURE & SALE issued in this case, say the sum of $124186.38, along With interest and attorney’s fees and all other costs including Sheriff’s Office cost and charges.
