PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE On Appeal of the Sanitation, Shoreland and Floodplain Zoning Board of Adjustment by Fond du Lac County NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to s. 59.694(6) Wisconsin Statutes that a public hearing will be held by the Fond du Lac County Sanitation, Shoreland and Floodplain Zoning Board of Adjustment at 3:00 p.m., Thursday, January 15, 2026, in Room H, located in the City-County Government Center, 160 South Macy Street, Fond du Lac County, Wisconsin, for the purpose of giving consideration to the following appeals: A. Michael and Lori Baumann property owner of N8914 County Road G, St. Cloud, being described as Part of the Southeast quarter of the Southeast quarter in Section 10, Town 16N, Range 19E in the Town of Marshfield, Fond du Lac County, Wisconsin. Wherein Michael and Lori Baumann are requesting a variance to Sections 44-203(a) and 44-201 of the Fond du Lac County Shoreland Zoning Chapter. If granted, the variance would permit construction of a second story addition with reduced ordinary highwater mark setback and reduced property line setback.
