MORTGAGEE'S SALE OF REAL ESTATE By virtue of and in execution of the POWER OF SALE contained in a certain Commercial Mortgage given by Kevin Santos, to New Bedford, Inc., dated May 10, 2024 and recorded in the Bristol County (S.D.)
