SUPREME COURT COUNTY OF Rockland, Green Street Funding Trust II, U.S. Bank Trust National Association, not in its individual capacity but solely as trustee, Plaintiff, vs. 153 Lafayette Ave LLC, ET AL., Defendant(s).
Pursuant to an Order Confirming Referee Report/Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale duly entered on October 20, 2025, I, the undersigned Referee will sell at public auction at the Rockland County Courthouse, landing above the vestibule between Courtrooms 1 & 2, 1 South Main Street, New City, NY 10956 on January 20, 2026 at 11:30 a.m., premises known as 153 Lafayette Avenue, Suffern, NY 10901. All that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the Village of Suffern, Town of Ramapo, County of Rockland and State of New York, Section 854.36, Block 1 and Lot 25. Approximate amount of judgment is $631,322.47 plus interest and costs. Premises will be sold subject to provisions of filed Judgment Index # 032182/2024.
