By virtue of and in obedience to a Writ of SEIZURE AND SALE directed to me by the Honorable 17th JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT in and for the PARISH OF LAFOURCHE, State of Louisiana, dated: 06/30/25, in the above entitled and numbered cause, I shall proceed to sell at online auction on 01/14/26, beginning at 9:00 a.m., and bids may be entered on the platform having the following electronic address: www.bid4assests/LPSOSheriff to the last and highest bidder for cash, the following described property, to wit:
Property will be sold in as is condition.
TRACT 5B OF THE FAMILY SUBDIVISION OF TRACT 5 OF BERWICK LEVRON PROPERTY
A certain tract of land situated in Lafourche Parish, Louisiana identified as Tract 5B of the Family Subdivision of Tract 5 of property belonging to Berwick Levron and more particularly described as follows: Commencing on the northeast right of way line of State Highway 316 at the common property corner of Ducros Plantation, Inc., and Berwick Levron, now or formerly. Thence, N38°00’00"E for a distance of 1,270 feet to the point of beginning.
Thence, N38°00'00"E for a distance of 130 feet to a point;
Thence, S54°38'12"E for a distance of 461.67 feet to a point;
Thence, S38°00'28"W for a distance of 130 feet to a point;
Thence, N54°38'12"W for a distance of 461.65 feet to the point of beginning.
Said tract is bounded on the west by Property of Ducros Plantation, Inc.; on the north by Tract 5A of the Family Subdivision of Tract 5 of property belonging to Berwick Levron; and on the south by Tract 5C of said Family Subdivision. All of the above is more fully shown on a map prepared by Charles L. McDonald, Land Surveyor, Inc., entitled "MAP SHOWING THE FAMILY SUBDIVISION OF TRACT 5 PF PROPERTY BELONGING TO BERWICK LEVRON, LOCATED IN SECTION 31, T16S-R17E, LAFOURCHE PARISH, LOUISIANA" dated 31 January 2007.
And from the proceeds of said sale to pay petitioner by preference over all other claims, the sum of $9766.54 DOLLARS, along with interest and attorney’s fees and all other costs including my own costs and charges.
