Notice is hereby given of the filing of a Verified Complaint to Quiet Title to Real Estate filed by Betty R. Hensley. The Verified Complaint was filed as Cause Number 18C04-2512-MI-000271 in the Delaware Circuit Court #4 on December 9, 2025 for the purpose of quieting title to the following described real estate: A part of Lots Nine (9), Ten (10), Eleven (11) and Twelve (12) in William H. Collins First Addition to the Town of Albany, Delaware County. Indiana described as follows: Beginning at a point 20 feet East of the East line of Lot 12 in William H. Collins First Addition to the town of Albany as recorded in Plat Book 1. page so, of the records of Delaware County, Indiana, said point being 62.00 feet South of the North line of said Lot 12; thence South 10.00 feet; thence West 112.32 feet parallel with the North line of Lots 11 and 12 in said Addition to the West line of said Lot 11; thence North 10.00 feet; thence East 112.32 feet to the point of beginning, and subject to all easements of record; part of parcel 18-08-02-177-011.000-005 Defendants Burlin D. McCormick, Edith J. McCormick, Jeannie McCormick, and Roger McCormick and any other party claiming an interest in the above described real estate, or any heirs, successors or assigns must respond within thirty [30] days after the last notice of this action is published or judgment by default may be entered against those Defendants for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
