BOROUGH OF WRIGHTSTOWN COUNTY OF BURLINGTON ORDINANCE NO. 2025-06 AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOROUGH COUNCIL OF THE BOROUGH OF WRIGHTSTOWN REPEALING SECTION 122 OF THE BOROUGH OF WRIGHTSTOWN CODE OF ORDINANCES ENTITLED "NOISE" AND ESTABLISHING NEW SECTION 123 OF THE BOROUGH OF WRIGHTSTOWN CODE OF ORDINANCES ENTITILED "NOISE" NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:49-2, that the purpose of the foregoing ordinance is to repeal Chapter 122, entitled "Noise", of the Code of the Borough of Wrightstown, in its entirety, and establish a new Chapter 123, entitled "Noise" to prevent excessive sound that may jeopardize the health, welfare, or safety of the citizens or degrade the quality of life in the Borough. FURTHER NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the foregoing ordinance was finally adopted after a public hearing conducted by the Wrightstown Borough Council at a duly advertised meeting held at 6:30 PM on December 10, 2025, at the Wrightstown Borough Hall, 21 Saylors Pond Rd., Wrightstown, NJ.
