The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Executors, Administrators, Spouses and Assigns and the Unknown Guardians of Minor and/or Incompetent Heirs of Caroline L. McGraw, The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Executors, Administrators, Spouses and Assigns and the Unknown Guardians of Minor and/or Incompetent Heirs of Arthur W. McGraw aka Arthur Warren McGraw, will take notice that the Plaintiff, Rocket Mortgage, LLC f/k/a Quicken Loans, LLC f/k/a Quicken Loans Inc., filed its Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, Tuscarawas County, Ohio, with the above reference case number. The object of and demand for relief in the Complaint is to foreclose upon the Plaintiff’s Mortgage recorded upon the real estate described below and in which the Plaintiff alleges that the foregoing Defendant(s) have or claim to have an interest:
Tract No. 1:
Situated in the Township of Fairfield, County of Tuscarawas and State of Ohio.
Being a part of Lot #9 in the Third Quarter of Township 9, Range 1, and being a resurvey of the Jon C. and Sherry J. Devries 1.530 acre Tract #3 as recorded in O.R. #1387 P. 2650 and Auditor's Parcel Number 16-01597.000.
For description, beginning at a 3/4" iron pin found at the Southwest corner of Lot #9; thence with the West line of Lot #9, North 01º° 41' 13" East 1039.620 feet to a point in the center of Johnstown Road N.E.- County Road #85, at the Northwest corner of the Randall Paul and Linda Sue Tope 6.10 Acre tract of V. 520 P. 75, passing on line an iron pin found at plus 1003.430 feet, said point also being the Southwest corner of the Randall and Linda Tope 0.902 acre tract of V. 520 P. 75;
thence with said County Road and the Southeasterly line of said 0.902 acre tract and the Northwesterly line of said 6.100 acre tract, North 57º° 54' 20" East 273.900 feet to a point at the most Northerly corner of said 6.100 acre tract; thence continuing North 57º° 54' 20" East 1.400 feet to a point at the Southeast corner of the said 0.902 acre, from which an iron pin found bears North 20º° 16' 0"8 West 36.670 feet; thence continuing with said road and the Southeasterly line of the Glenda Mosshart 1.922 acre tract of O.R. 1270 P. 2213 and the Northwesterly line of the Randall and Linda Tope 1.962 acre tract of O.R. 1270 P. 2211 the following 4 courses:
(1) North 40º° 33' 49" East 87.510 feet to a point;
(2) North 44º° 29' 44" East 59.660 feet to a point;
(3) North 43º° 35' 51" East 65.580 feet to a point;
(4) North 42º° 19' 16" East 120.330 feet to a point at the most westerly corner of the Bruce Levengood 8.850 acre tract of O.R. 1379 P 432, from which an axle found bears South 36º° 41' 46" East 29.280 feet; thence continuing with the Southeasterly line of said 1.922 acre tract and the Northwesterly line of said 8.850 acre tract, North 40º° 27' 18" East 174.780 feet to a RR spike found at the Northeast corner of said 1.922 acre tract; thence with the Southeasterly line of the Robert A. & Nettie L. Ault 3.476 acre tract of V. 671 P. 289 and the Northwesterly line of the Robert W. Burgess 1.497 acre tract of O.R. 1186 P. 1701, North 41º° 26' 55" East 25.890 feet to a point at the Southeast corner of the Robert W. & Stephanie L. Burgess 0.109 acre tract of V. 574 P. 583, from which an iron pin found bears North 63º° 28' 06" West 24.946 feet; thence continuing with the Southeasterly line of said 0.109 acre tract and the Northwesterly line of said 1.497 acre tract, North 41º° 26' 55" East 25.455 feet to THE TRUE PLACE OF BEGINNING,
(1) thence with the North line of said 0.109 acre tract, North 63º° 21' 03" West 24.707 feet to a 1 1/2" iron pipe found;
(2) thence continuing North 63º° 21' 03" West 168.585 feet to an iron pin set in the East line of the Robert W. and Stephanie L. Burgess 12.330 acre tract of V. 574 P. 583;
(3) thence with the East line of said 12.330 acre tract, North 35º° 32' 26" East 369.922 feet to point in a creek at the most Westerly corner of the Jon C. & Sherry J. Devries 1.780 acre tract of O.R. 1387 P. 2650 (Parcel Number 16-00497.000;)
(4) thence with the Southwesterly line of said 1.780 acre tract, South 40º° 51' 38" East
22.000 feet to an iron pin set;
(5) thence continuing South 40º° 51' 38" East 175.000 feet to an iron pin set;
(6) thence continuing South 40º° 51' 38" East 30.000 feet to the center of Johnstown Road N.E.;
(7) thence with said road and with the Northwesterly line of the Jon C. & Sherry J Devries 1.306 acre tract of O.R. 1387 P. 2650 (Parcel Number 16-01296.001), the Northwesterly line of the Michael and Karen Metcalf 11.44 acre tract, the Northwesterly line of the Robert W. Burgess 0.92 acre tract of V. 563 P. 157 and the Northwesterly line of the Robert W. Burgess 1.497 acre tract of O.R. 1186 P. 1701, South 41º° 26' 55" West 288.204 feet to the place of beginning, containing 1.555 acres, more or less, and being subject to all legal highways and easements of record.
The total acreage of 1.555 acres being the total land of Parcel Number 16-01597.000 and corrected from the 1.530 acres now carried.
Iron pins set are 5/8 x 30" with plastic caps "JV. NEWBURN, RLS #6494."
Bearings are oriented per GPS observation using NAD83 datum.

Situated in the Township of Fairfield, County of Tuscarawas and the State of Ohio.
Being a part of Lot 9 in the Third Quarter of Township 9, Range 1 and being a part of a 2.613 acre tract as conveyed Patricia R. McGraw by a deed recorded in Volume 543 at Page 615 of the Tuscarawas County Deed Records, Auditor's Parcel No. 16-01296.000 and being more fully described as follows:
Commencing at an iron pin at the northwest corner of Lot 9; thence S 67º° 37' 00" E. 981.23 fee to a point;thence S 03º° 00' 00" W, 378.90 feet to a point at the northern corner of the aforementioned 2.613 acre tract and in Johnstown Road, NE (CR-85); thence with the west line of a 2.613 acre tract and with said road the following three (3) courses: S45º° 40' 54" W, 94.14 feet to a point; thence S 41º° 35' 00" W, 171.70 feet to a point; thence S 43º° 48' 00" W, 13.19 feet to a point and being the True Place of Beginning of the tract herein to be described;
thence from said beginning, leaving said road and with a new line through said 2.613 acre tract, S 55 29' 41" E, 370.42 feet to an iron pin (set) on the east line of said 2.613 acre tract and on the west line of a 11.443 acre tract (Volume 548 at Page 358) and passing on line an iron pin (set) at 30.40 feet;
