Thence continue along said state line South 0°43' East a distance 437.40 feet to found iron pipe; Thence run South 89030' East a distance of 696.96 feet to found iron pipe; Thence run North 0°43' West a distance of 437.50 feet to found iron pipe; Thence run North 89°30' West a distance of 696.96 feet to the point of beginning, said tract containing 7.0 acres, more or less, having a municipal address of 9595 State Line Road North, Bethany, Louisiana AND One (l) 1978 Schu Mobile Home, Vintage Number N 15591.
