NOTICE
NOTICE IS GIVEN that the Independent Executor of this Succession has petitioned this Court for authority to give in payment the immovable property of this succession described below in accordance with the provisions of Article 3295 et. seq., of the Code of Civil Procedure and other laws for the payment in full of a $56,000.00 debt of this Succession, with the taxes for the current year to be paid by the Buyer and the Buyer to pay the cost of securing the authority to give in payment. The immovable property proposed to be given in payment is described as follows, to-wit:
A tract of land in the North Half (N/2) of Fractional Section 18, Township 16 North, Range 16 West, Caddo Parish, Louisiana. Said tract more fully described as follows:
From the Northeast (NE) corner of said Section 18, Township 16 North, Range 16 West, run South 0°14' East a distance of 609.97 feet, thence run North 89°30' West a distance of 2,581.6 feet to a point on the state line between Louisiana and Texas, thence run South 0°43' East along said state line a distance of 333.8 feet, to the point of beginning. Thence continue along said state line South 0°43' East a distance 437.40 feet to found iron pipe; Thence run South 89030' East a distance of 696.96 feet to found iron pipe; Thence run North 0°43' West a distance of 437.50 feet to found iron pipe; Thence run North 89°30' West a distance of 696.96 feet to the point of beginning, said tract containing 7.0 acres, more or less, having a municipal address of 9595 State Line Road North, Bethany, Louisiana AND One (l) 1978 Schu Mobile Home, Vintage Number N 15591.
Any heir or creditor who opposes the proposed giving in payment must file his or her opposition within seven (7) days from the day on which the last publication of this notice appears.
