PUBLIC NOTICE   PROPOSED ROADWAY VACATIONS Notice is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners has set December 30, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. as the date and time for a public hearing, as required by O.R.C Section 5553.05, on a petition filed by Canton Township Board of Trustees requesting to vacate 138.88’ by 30’ portion of Coolridge Ave. SE in Canton Township, as dedicated in Hoffman’s Subdivision and recorded in Plat Book 16, Page 66 of the Stark County Board of Commissioners, also being located in the Southeast Quarter of Section 1, Township 10 (Canton), Range-8, Stark County, Ohio and following in successive order with other road vacation hearings that may be scheduled. The complete descriptions and maps of said roadways may be viewed at the Commissioner’s Office.
