Legal Notice of Bids LACPC Ton Chlorine Cylinders   This bid is intended to service the following members of the LAMATS ADMINISTERED COOPERATIVE PURCHASING COMMISSION (LACPC) for the 2026 Calendar Year: Natchitoches, LA; Gretna, LA; Gonzales, LA; and Opelousas, LA. Each city is responsible for any and all payments under the resulting contract.   Proposals will be accepted until 2:00 pm, on December 23, 2025, for Liquid Chlorine Ton Cylinders commencing on or about January 1, 2025, until December 31, 2025 (for a period of one year). If necessary, supplemental electronic price bids may be scheduled on or after December 22, 2025, to receive best and final price bids in reverse auction format.   Proposals will be accepted by electronic means only. Bidders must register at https://lamats.easibuy.com to access the full specifications and to submit bids. Submission of bids is only through this website. No bid may be withdrawn for at least fifteen (15) days after close of bidding. The LACPC reserves the right to reject a bid or all bids, and to waive informalities.   The LACPC and each city intend to enter into a supply contract with the most responsible and responsive bidders who can deliver the required product.
