If the unknown putative father of Infant Male Wagler wishes to contest the petition to terminate his parental rights, he must appear in person or by counsel, to answer or object to the proposed termination of his parent/child relationship within ten (10) days of the last publication of this Notice. The said putative father of Infant Male Wagler is hereby also notified that if he fails to respond or otherwise appear within ten (10) days after the last publication of this Notice, default judgment may be entered against him pursuant to Indiana Code §31-35-1-11, permanently terminating any parental rights and relationship he has with respect to Infant Male Wagler.
