NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Public Service Company of Oklahoma (“PSO”) has filed an Application with the Oklahoma Corporation Commission (“Commission”) for preapproval and cost recovery of the generation facilities, purchase power contracts and a capacity purchase contract. Commercial customers will have a total bill increase depending upon the class and usage characteristics of the customer. PSO estimates a total bill increase for the commercial class will be approximately 0.76% for year one (2026) and an estimated total bill increase in year four (2029) of 5.51%; for the industrial class, PSO estimates an increase of 1.06% in year one (2026) with an estimated total bill increase in year four (2029) of 6.05%.
