Wilcutt and Deana N. Wilcutt, dated April 30, 2008 and recorded in the City of Warwick Land Evidence Records, in Book 6840 and Page 271, the conditions of the mortgage having been broken.
TERMS OF SALE
A deposit of TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS AND 00 CENTS ($10,000.00) in the form of a certified check, bank treasurer’s check, or money order will be required to be delivered at or before the time the bid is offered. The Mortgagee shall not be required to pay the deposit to bid. Other terms will be announced at the sale.
